I too am an emotional eater and also a binge eater, try reading the BECK diet solution it isn't a diet but a book on CBT that has really helped me with my relationship with food and the triggers that make me eat

Have a look at website: freedieting.com. This has loads of calculators, one being how many cals a day, I think you should be on way more than what you have quoted, I'm 151lb and I'm on 1300 extreme fat loss

Hi, I'm 5ft 6 too and weith 148 lb I calculated my TDDE to lose weight from a website called Freedieting.com and I need to eat 1306 to 1600 (to maintain with no additional exercise. aim struggling to lose my last few pounds (initial goal 140lb) so trying 1200 at the mo and if I go over by 100 cals I don't beat myself up.…

Hi I had a similar experience but overate my calories on sweet sugary treats, I then read up on the low GI diet and found that I was overeating on empty carbs which gave me spikes in my sugar levels and then dramatic plummeting which lead me to crave more carbs/sugary treats to give me the high.
