  • This challenge sounds kind of fun :). Now I have to find an hour though during my busy day today though to watch tv... lol. I think that will be the hardest part of the challenge! :P
  • Monday's Challenge complete :) Although, my walk was indoors taking my dad shopping, but I counted it ;)
  • Day 4 of Level 2 complete!
  • Day 3, Level 2 done! Soo sore!! This level seems to really be working my abs, which I love and hate at the same time haha. Hope everyone had a good weekend! :)
  • Day 2, Level 2 DONE! All the planking is killing me! Lol
  • Really excited for today's challenge! The plan is to do Jillian's 30 Day Shred, which will cover most of the 30/30/30. Then I will be having a nice big salad for lunch, followed by a game of tennis with my boyfriend, and the remainder of the 30/30/30. Today shall be a good day :). Good luck everyone!!

  • Level 2, Day 1 complete! Just as I expected, it sucked! Haha. It seemed to go by much quicker, which was nice though. I don't know if I'll be able to follow Natalie much in this level..

  • Day 10 of Level 1 COMPLETE!! Woo hoo! Nervous about starting Level 2 tomorrow. Hope it's not too bad!
  • Very excited for today's challenge! I'm really bad at sticking to the same thing day after day because I tend to get bored of it regardless of results. I think these daily challenges will be perfect for me to change things up each day!! Good luck everyone :)
  • Day 9, Level 1 complete!! Keeping up with Natalie has become a lot easier! Still need a lot of work on the push ups though...

  • Day 7 of Level 1 complete! After taking a break the last two days (out of town with family) I was worried about getting back into it. I pushed myself hard though, and I even surprised myself by keeping up with Natalie more and getting through all the moves without having to set down the weights! Woo hoo!!
  • Getting ready to do Day 6 of Level 1 before hitting the road! I'll be gone for the weekend visiting family, so I won't be able to get in my workout tomorrow :(. But I don't want to miss more than one day, so I start back up right away when I get back Sunday night! Have a great weekend everyone!!
  • Definitely. As long as you're taking in less calories than your body requires, you will lose weight. I lost my first 20 lbs by just counting calories alone with no exercise at all!

I don't know if it's because I'm gaining muscle, but I haven't lost any weight since the week before starting the 30 Day Shred, and before that I was consistently losing about a pound a week.   • Day 4, Level 1 complete! I can feel my endurance improving with the cardio, but I'm still struggling with the strength exercises. I'm doing my best, though, and that's what counts!!

  • Day 2, Level 1 complete! My legs are so terribly sore!! Anybody have any tips to help alleviate the pain?? I'm afraid come tomorrow I'll be too sore to workout, and I don't want to miss a day!!
