I've read that on some of Leslie's dvds you can select an option to hear just the music and not her talking. Does anyone know which dvds have this option? I like the walks, but hearing her say the same things over and over gets to be a bit much lol.

Awesome results!!! Does your camera have like a 10 second timer on it? If so, you can set it on a dresser or somewhere and set the timer for the pics :). That's what I do!

I think I'm up for it! I'm going to modify it a bit by stretching it out over 60 days so I can add some variety in between. I got too bored/sick of doing the same exercises day after day with doing the 30 Day Shred every day, and want to get in some other cardio workouts without over working myself. We shall see how it…

I'm 5' 0" and currently weigh 110 lbs. If you're 106 lbs., that is in the ideal range for your height. If you still feel "fat" at that weight, you should work more on exercising and toning your body vs. losing weight. I lost 25 lbs. to get to where I am now, and now it's more about toning than actually losing a bunch.
