don't blame a restaurant because you don't double check nutrition info. ditch the bread, get the meat and cheese on a salad. fat isn't as unhealthy as you're making it out to be.

i'd just like to point out you have your macros wrong for atkins. you're eating too many carbs. 20 grams of carbs a day is generally what people strive for.. so about 5% carb, 30% protein, and 65% fat might be a better macro setting for ya. snacks: pepperoni and cheese a spoon of peanut butter olives and pickles lettuce…

i crochet and knit. when i sit in the same position for a while, my hands go numb. i assume its a nerve/circulation thing from the way your body is positioned on the bike.

'normal' people will lose a lot slower. i don't have any experience with it, but i reduced my cals dramatically when i was close to goal, and that helped.

being tired is a sign, i've never sneezed, haha. and muscle cramps, especially in the legs, can be from eating less potassium. get some ketostix and test your pee.

country style pork ribs chopped bell pepper chopped onion chopped garlic mustard vinegar reduced sugar ketchup spices to taste or you can use BBQ sauce, but i prefer homemade, less carbs =] the peppers give it an awesome taste though, don't leave them out.

just tell people you're allergic to things you don't want to eat ;) stick to protein and veggies. you can do it!
