if i'm eating bread, then ham, no cheese!!! pickles, tomato, lettuce, toasted well. and mayo. and oil. and vinegar. mmm. or a sweet onion chicken teriyaki plus all the aforementioned veggies. otherwise, a salad from home. subway is still fast food. if i'm getting fast food, i might as well have mcds.

if you aren't hungry, don't eat. it really is as simple as that. calories aren't as important when you're in ketosis.

i eat carbs from vegetables, nuts, some dairy and fruits only. pretty happy with it.

i make low carb cookies with almond flour instead of white and truvia instead of sugar.

i do gluten free because i live low carb. i'm not allergic or anything. doing it purely to lose weight, prevent diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol, and just general health. i think being in ketosis helps more than just giving up gluten, but its a great start =]

depends how long i was eating crap food before entering ketosis. if longer than a week of eating carbs, then 3 days. less than a week ; between 24 and 48 hours.

i just tell people 'i'm allergic to carbs, they make me fat' ;) but saying you're diabetic would work just as well.

a lot of people post 'wtg' or 'good job' without actually seeing what the person ate. delete and move on, they're not worth your time.

i agree with eating what you want, when you want. i rarely have 'breakfast' food for breakfast. steak for breakfast? eggs for dinner? hell yea!
