i am going to make pumpkin roll with this bake it flat, and fill it with cream cheese and truvia.

why cook it in the oven at all? cook it in a skillet if you can't grill it.

i do low carb - around 20 grams a day. ketosis helps dramatically with cravings for bread, potatoes and sugar (which are my weaknesses)

that's sounds like a normal plate for me. protein and veg. i log the amounts, but i don't limit myself to only a certain serving size. minus the gross cream of canned crap.

i have my goal at 800 cals, but i don't count calories, i count carbs. it's just that at 800 cals, it puts my carbs exactly at 20 grams, and that's perfect for me.

i was confused at first as well. i'm like wtf do wow macros have to do with it?! the macros are your fat/carb/protein percentages.

i get messages from people saying they ignored me. it's quite brill. one guy even said he took me off ignore to see if i was still bad/negative/whatever. and i was. at least i'm consistent. =D

i would consider a plateau one month of the scale not changing if you still have more than 20 pounds to lose.

it makes sense for me (i eat low carb anyway). but i'm sure it doesn't make sense for everyone.

this is what i do. low carb, high fat, atkins style ketogenic lifestyle. lots of veggies, meats, some nuts and a little dairy.

i'm gonna cook a burger and put it on my salad wit some pickles and mayo. not feeling very inventive :P

i run in place. i can do really well.. then i tried doing it outside.. and was tired really quickly. its not the same. but i still do both. take the kids for a walk at a school track! you can all go your own pace. or do it in your drive way while the kids are napping/sleeping/watching tv. get a neighbor to watch them.

there is also carbquik, kinda pricey, but pretty tasty for bready products.

use almond and coconut flour instead of white/wheat flour for less carbs. i make almond flour cookies and pancakes and they are amazing. i haven't tried muffins yet, but maybe i will this weekend.

too many unhealthy carbs eat more protein and veggies! you eat a lot of candy.

my shin splints act up when i run outside, but not on a treadmill.

they are a bit higher in carbs, so while dieting, some people do avoid them because they can kick you out of ketosis. once at goal weight, by all means, eat them! i love kidney beans.

spray fat? ew. give me real butter, pork fat, or coconut oil any day.
