no. if you get your blood checked, your cholesterol is lowered when you stop eating junky carbs.. despite eating more protein/fat. your blood cholesterol is rarely affected by the cholesterol in food you eat.

i eat meat, nuts, dairy, and veggies. 20 grams of carbs a day (and i subtract fibre) why do you feel you need a pasta substitute? for some spaghetti squash works well. feel free to add me.

i drink it. plain water is gross. i miss the hydration one :( natural berry splash was the bomb.

i eat the same salad almost everyday. about 10 net carbs and 250 calories. lettuce, pickle, olives, tomatoes with kens honey mustard, sometimes a little italian or mayo too, depends on toppings. maybe some cukes, celery, hamburger, chicken fajita, taco meat, or bacon to switch it up.

i love the saucy cheesy oniony peppery bacony sausagy broccoli goodness of just eating the toppings. crust is so overrated, damn flour. think i need to have me some papa ginos this weekend.

what was the brand? i've only ever had boars bead and kayem. i'd be more worried about the sodium than the fat.

i eat low carb, and being in ketosis really does make you feel wonderful. ignore the mouth breathers that don't know what they're talking about. eat your meat, eat your fat, eat your veg. feel free to add me.

i cook mine. so like 7 ounces fresh sliced will cook down to 2 ounces once the fat renders.
