i am doing Insanity right now...What i have been doing is insanity in the am before work and then try to do my gym work (lifting and running) in the evening...i really want to hit my weight loss goals this time so i figued doing doubles would help also i dont do insanity on the weekends but try to run and hike ..

This is totally me i am 5"4 holding steady at 164 down from 189 but stuck here i'd love to get in the low 140 to 130's lets me friends!!!

I dont dread it but i am def feeling a bit anxious already over it...i dont want to feel like crap from overeating...but this is a lifestyle and occasion happen...i have a work out planned in the morning for a long run to start the day off right..and i hope i can make healthy options for the most part..i love potato…

I would say to focus just on the Insanity! it will certainly not ruin your lifting and running progress in fact it will improve it i became so much faster and stronger w much better endurance...its good to mix things up anyway..the program is kick *kitten*! and it will kick you into a different kind of shape! I have a friend who swears by it he eats good but does not work out and has droped like 32 lbs....hes a firm believer but faithfully takes it!

I usually weight myself once a week its every friday morning. i cannot step on that scale too much because I will become obsessed with it. I am very committed right now and i think monthy is not enough!
