Insanity annndd??

I just started Insanity again, and was wondering what you could do to incorporate other workouts with it? I am going to be running 10 miles in March... wanted to know if the best way would be to do 1 day running, 1 day insanity? and just keep alternating days like that.. or what would be the best thing to do. Sorry- haven't had much success with weight loss, and was hoping for any advice on what has worked with other people who don't just do Insanity. Thank you!!

    i am doing Insanity right now...What i have been doing is insanity in the am before work and then try to do my gym work (lifting and running) in the evening...i really want to hit my weight loss goals this time so i figued doing doubles would help also i dont do insanity on the weekends but try to run and hike ..

    That sounds like it'd work too. It's hard to get up in the morning, but maybe that can be my goal is to work out in the morning! lol
