Beachbody is who has Shakeology p90x, INSANITY, Turbo Jam and such, I'm going to pick a program from there and hopefully get through each and every one of them starting after I finish the Shred, I'm excited!!!

I have been thinking about this also, and initially I was going to go right into ripped in 30. However I just recently became a coach for beachbody so I think I'm going to challenge myself to one of their programs. If any of you would like to join or would like more information message me and I will set up a plan for you!

It does get easier, but just remember to do the video each day. Even if you have to stop for a few seconds 10 times, make sure you finish! Your body will get stronger each time and you'll really surprise yourself!!

Right now I'm using VPX Syngex Serious Chocolate whey protein powder which I got online, the kind I found at wal mart was Pure Protein 100% whey protein vanilla cream, I was mixing the vanilla in almond milk and the vpx I just started mixing in greek yogurt with powdered peanut butter and I freeze it and eat it like ice…

Wow, you can really see a difference, especially in your legs!! That's where mine went first too. I am down 13% since May 21st, and I have pictures but I'm having trouble figuring out how to put them side by side, so I haven't posted them yet. You look amazing, so happy for you!!

Yes ma'am, my fitness coaches that I pay a pretty penny for tell me "At least 100 grams of protein and stay at around 50 carbs". However, 100 is the minimum for protein, it is suppose to be 1 gram per lb of body weight. Also, drink more water, drink so much that your eyeballs float, this for sure has helped me shed 30…

Day 19 done today. I had a hard time pushing through today but I believe its because I hadn't had anything to eat yet. After tomorrow (hopefully winning the gym competition) I'm going to increase my carbs and calories to hopefully not be so exhausted all of the time. After tomorrow I go to Level 3!! Walking every day for a half hour would be great! The cardio from it will increase your fat loss while the shred tones the muscles underneath, good luck girl, stay focused and push it out!!

Awww, I hope you can perk up and not get too discouraged! Hope you get feeling better soon and are able to push through it! It took me a couple tries to get the moves down too, but now I really enjoy them. I have to do some of them as modified, but at least I'm doing it, I can perfect it my next go around. So can you!
