Yep, calorie deficit! I think that the less processed stuff that we eat does help to suppress some of the intense cravings that high sugar/fat foods induce and can lead to overeating, but nonetheless, calories are the single most important element to weight loss according to all the studies. :)

[I eat REALLY bad, ALOT of chocolate, carbs, you name it. The type of food doesn't have any barring on fat loss just your deficit which I usually keep around 500-800 calories. Although protein does help you build muscle I don't really tend to eat alot of it and if I eat alot of it I tend to feel ikky. I felt like garbage…
