Take measurements now. It can be tons of different factors but DONT give up. You are making better choices by cutting out soda and no take out. Give yourself time and watch your progress in measurement before the scale. For myself the scale can really change my mood so I try to stay away.

I was also on phetermine and lost 50lbs it was great. I kept it off for 2 yrs until getting into an accident and going through depression. I seen my old eating habits come back (emotional eater). I think I also have this problem. For work it helps to have sugarless gum or hard candies. For home its a different story. I try to avoid the kitchen because thats where I fail. Take a walk outside or try to stay busy with household chores. Grab a book or any hobby you have besides cooking :)
