PA :) Oh I want to live in Colorado one day!!

I'm GOING to BUY IT!!! WOOOO!!! Thanks for the advice everyone :) --> Just ordered it from Amazon. Should be here by July 13th-20th. Sooner the better I hope.

You read my mind with this question. I have trouble netting even close to 1200 cals on days I really exercise. When I cut junk food out, eating even 1200 seems hard for me! But on days I don't exercise, it's easier to net 1200 or over. So I look forward to the responses and their results. I honestly think I lose more…

10 pounds did THAT to you??? Wow, absolutely amazing! Hard work sure does pay off. Enjoy your new body :)
-
I agree, you look absolutely amazing!! And those legs, rock it!! Fantastic Job.
-
Wow, beautiful transformation! Congratulations on your incredible results :)

I usually count a rest day in meaning that I do not go to the gym and hop on the elliptical or bike. But I may still take the dogs on a walk...or run around serving at work. It all depends, just not the gym :)

sthrnchick, 35 and your cute hairstyle! Plus, the confidence you're exuding from your picture :)

Please go talk to a therapist. You have definitely developed an unhealthy relationship with food and this is not something one should aim for. Losing weight isn't worth the toll it will eventually take on your mental and physical health, not to mention the strained and lost relationships with family and friends. I have…

That's what I do. Though I just ate a 170 cal yogurt to help up my calories so I could reach 1200! And I'm still 100 away...it's harder for me to eat all of my calories back on days I do exercise for some reason.
-
Oh WHY did you say that??? I love love love peanut butter. I hope I forget your comment by tomorrow! ;)
-
ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS! You look like a completely different person--Amazing!!!!
-
And if you only burn 200 should you only be eating 200? No!!! Eat at least 1200 calories a day, that's the generally recomended minimum. Sounds like you have been doing great, could probably eat a little more with how much you're burning at the gym.

Beautiful and Exotic!!

To me, clean eating is no junk food. No chocolate, chips, icecream..You get the picture! I had macaroni and cheese for dinner today. As long as I keep my cals under my goal, then I consider it clean eating :) Yes, and this includes popcorn like yesterday! HA. Otherwise, I wouldn't be able to survive this new lifestyle…

All or nothing for me as well. If you put any type of junk food in front of me--I'll typically eat it all till it's gone. BAD BAD. So, it's all out of my room and sight for now.

3 pound weight gain on scale from yesterday. BUT I hope it's just water and will fall off this week plus more. I hope :) If not c'est la vie!

My first month, I was doing a mix of strength and cardio and was working out for 90 minutes at the gym (not including breaks, etc.) But due to time constraints this month, I have cut out strength training and am focusing solely on diet and light cardio (and bam, 10 pounds melted off!) So now I am spending only about 60…

The first month when I started, I was doing a mi of cardio and strength. I didn't lose any weight, but my body looked slightly leaner. Then my second month, I stopped strength training due to time constraints, and focused mainly on diet and light cardio. Bah Bam!!! 10 pounds fell off. So this is where I am now...I am going…

Yum!! Cookie Dough and Peanut Butter = My favorite!!!

See my so-called "best" guy friend told me I should lose weight and I'd be so much "hotter." Ugh!!! (He's no longer my friend, toxic toxic person!) And my family, especially my mom, thinks I'm crazy. It's a toss up, so I am just doing what feels right for me! Being healthier and in better shape is what matters most to me.
-
I added you as well, I'll be a sophomore and am trying to get rid of these 15+ pounds from my freshman year! Ugh, but it'll happen, good luck! :)
-
Sent a request as well! Let's do this :))

I had popcorn and chocolate at the movies tonight, which threw me way into the read. SO I am not going to weigh myself tomorrow like normal, breathe, eat healthy and try to get to the gym. Starting fresh, but enjoyed the 4th! Moderation is key I need to remember!!
-
My weakness is potato salad....Yummmm...Go for it! Enjoy the food!
-
I'm in the same boat with you. About 20 to 30 pounds to lose, and I've lost 10 so far. And I look/feel/fit the same! Hopefully the next few pounds will start improving the visible results...less fat, leaner, and hopefully more compliments :) Good Luck!!
-
Oh wow! Another inspiration to keep going, Thank You :D
-
The long and exciting road ahead will be more than worth it in the end, best of luck!!

I love peanut butter. I crave it more than ever when I work out. Yum!
