I only lose a half a pound in october for some reason :( and my measurements haven't really changed. So it was made sense in my head. I'm glad I asked! This was my plan actually when I was thinking about it before i posted. just like a week or two at maintenance to reset hormones? Thank you! For some reason I had it in my mind that protein powder is different than whole foods. So it would digest too fast and not absorb. Sometimes I should think things out a little more:laugh:

Unfortunate I am very limited. Usually start work at 6 am, class, then my other job late until 11 pm. My break is at 5 pm. So busy during that time! Oh yea I knew it wouldn't be as effective. But with a limited time for the gym because of classes and 2 jobs, I really need to make use of that time. Not standing around waiting for a squat rack. I swear they are never open lol

Thanks so much guys! About the chicken, its is about $1.99 a pound here too, problem is i don't really like it. I force myself to eat it, and sometimes actually have to gag it down >.< was a vegetarian for a few years and still sort of struggle with meat. I know im a pain in the *kitten* LOL
