  • @jessicakrall8 I didn't like the variety in Freshly. Always the same. I liked Green Chef better, especially since they have a Keto plan. Not low enough for me, but if you're only doing low carb, Green Chef would be perfect.

  • I used to have chocolate every day, which is one of the main reasons (together with cheese platters) as to why I'm overweight in the first place. That's why I'm using it as reward. Toteach myself that moderation, to prove to myself I can go a week, or two, or maybe even a months (if that's how long it takes) without it.

  • That's awesome how you stick to your exercise schedule during heat days! Kudos to you! As for the meal delivery, I've tried Freshly, and Green Chef. Ended up stopping both of them as it was cheaper and actually less time consuming to just meal prep on my weekends.
  • When fasting it's important you make sure your body still gets the calories you need. If you don't, your fasting turns into starving. They are very different and you need to be careful that you're actually fast and feast so you don't get into starvation mode.
