  • @thutchinson2210 I'm doing that as well! You'll feel amazing! If you struggle, have a pinch or two of Celtic or Himalayan salt under your tongue. Any weakness/dizziness or nausea are usually due to electrolyte being low. Do not drink anything with sweeteners before or during your fast as it'll make it harder to stick to it.
