    @IsMollyReallyHungry Thank you! I’m sure I will enjoy the cruise and I find it easy to stick to LCHF. If I may suggest one thing to you, I know WW was stressing zero point fruit a few years ago. If you aren’t losing, you may be eating too much fruit. Sugar is sugar whether it is natural or refined. Fruit is yummy but it was my downfall on WW. Best to you in the remainder of this challenge!

    @dlhollin1 Just be mindful that your weight may not change as much if you are losing fat and gaining muscle. Perhaps you should take measurements to keep it all in perspective. You’ve got this!
