FOR NEWBIES - I find it easiest to copy the dates to a document or note in my device and edit it each morning. Then copy and paste to the message board. MFP will return you to the spot on the board where you left off on your previous visit which is nice to know if you like to scan all of the posts.

~1/4 tsp madagascar bourbon vanilla bean paste
~1 TB hemp seeds
~1 TB flax seed meal
~1 TB flax seeds
~1 TB chia seeds
~cinnamon ~ to taste
~4 ozs purified water
~1 TB heavy whipping cream
~1 TB almond butter
**Mix first 7 ingredients in a small mason jar. Store in the refrigerator overnight. In the morning, pour into a small bowl. In for another round and I'm so eager to get started as missed the beginning of the last round. I love this group! I enjoy having somewhere I can go where I'm not being seen as obsessive for holding myself accountable. Also, I think my family is tired of me talking about my journey.

I’ll be here through weigh in on the 24th. I will be cruising until the 31st. I continue to track in my phone by taking pictures of my meals and snacks so will update late on the 31st it on September 1. Where has this year gone???6 -
I'm in! Hi all - my name is Allie and I'm 31 years old. I'm a bodybuilder but have had a hard time staying on my diet following the show season this year. My biggest issue is comfort food or wine late night so that's what I'm focusing on. I'm using August to do a mini-cut and get me back on track.
Food - Hit my current off-season macros.
Alcohol - None during the week.
Lifting - Hit all 4 lifts: push, pull, legs, full body pump.
Cardio - Minimum 30 min daily (45-60 when time allows)

I’m in for my 5th round. It will be my last 2 weeks of medical leave before I return to work. I’ve got to stay focused so I can fit comfortably into my scrubs & be on the right track for returning to my stressful job.7

I’ll be taking my son to Freshman year of college on Friday, then heading for a vacation with my husband Thru Labor Day. I’m taking my scale with me! Can’t fall off the wagon yet!
