Man, I feel really bad with my lack of activity on here, thank you all for baring with me, I dont have a normal computer at home, I have a chromebook, but i dont like using i much, but also I have been so dang busy. I work so much, and when im not at work im trying to clean or spend time with my kids, but it will get better I promise, this next week will be crazy, its the kids firt=st week back at school, and we are so far behind at work, but once we get caught up, i can log on at work and be more active, should take about a week and I will be on more.
Im trying hard on my diet again, I stocked up on progresso light soups, they are 140 to 200 calories per can.I also like those fruit and jello cups, they are 100 calories a cup so they are good when I want sweets.
Hope everyone is doing amazing, and i look forward to becoming more active on here again1 -

This is ridiculous. I'm bouncing so much lately. I need to just get back on my fasting schedule. Next week. OMAD. No excuses! No HWC or peanut butters in the evening. No dairy after 4. I know wht I need to do. I had it workign perfectly well before Vegas :P I just need to be more firm with myself.3
