    I have been absent for a few days due to responsibilities at work, but I am back and am trying to be active on here.

    A co worker and I have decided to start intermittent fasting today, so we will see how that goes :)

    I worked from home today. It was a really hot day. I had a hard time concentrating and feel it would have been better to be at work in air conditioning. I also barely moved today. I'll try to work from home on non hot days in the future.

    @thutchinson2210 I'm doing that as well! You'll feel amazing! If you struggle, have a pinch or two of Celtic or Himalayan salt under your tongue. Any weakness/dizziness or nausea are usually due to electrolyte being low. Do not drink anything with sweeteners before or during your fast as it'll make it harder to stick to it.

    Back from Vegas, but gone again this weekend for a camping trip. Only one night, but I'm sure it can still do damage on my recovery route. Guess I will have to hope to be back to my pre-Vegas weight next week instead.
