Managed my stress much better today...got a LOT accomplished at work...make my boss and coworkers smile and even got a hug from another colleague who knew I'd had a tough day, as we spoke briefly before I left yesterday...she came to check on me this morning. Did well on my eating and no snacking today, other than a pre-planned granola bar. Had a light breakfast and a light lunch. Had a larger dinner, but did well on my calories for the day! Getting ready to finish my steps out with a nice walk. Crossing my fingers and whispering a prayer for another good day tomorrow! Hope ya'll have a wonderful evening! Jess3

Sorry I'm late, I worked 17 1/2 hours yesterday, 355am to 920pm, and had a few appointments today.

I see you are catching up though. My week has been a lot weaker this week, took 2 rest days Sunday and Wednesday. I’ll post steps tomorrow.3 -

Sorry. I skipped town yesterday and was on the road without my scale. I could weigh Friday morning on my mom's scale or just stick with last week's, since different snakes may give different weight! Thanks!1 -

Sorry to be so slow to post.
Met with the geneticist and plastic surgeon on Wednesday and then high tailed it out of town. Middle son needed to be in New Jersey with college gear on Saturday and I figured best leave right after the doctor appointment so I could be back for whenever they scheduled the next ones and still spend a few rest days with my mom. So we drive from Alabama up to Roanoke late Wednesday and from there to Connecticut yesterday. Didn't take a lot of walking breaks!3 -

It's been a rough week. My dad is in the hospital. He fell a couple of times and could not pull himself off the ground. He's lost mobility. I've been at the hospital after work mostly this week. Even though I'm sitting the whole time I'm so tired. I hope he gets mobile again. A reminder to myself. Keep moving. Everyone enjoy your weekend.6 -

Finally worked out today, it's been a week, ugh. I work tomorrow, I'm going to try to get up at 430am to workout before work in the morning. I'm going to have to do it if I want to work out because I have monday, Friday, and the next monday off, then I'm working 7 days a week.0

Been dog sitting all week and walking around the block 2-3 times a day, thought my step counts would be higher. Oh well, need longer blocks I guess. And he's old so we don't move very fast. Dog sitting for a different friend this weekend and all next week so we will see. One of her dogs is very energetic so we can go farther. Here's hoping the weather stays nice.
