I will eat just like every1 else, minus the exercise.I am eating at family's house and will gladly bring along my trusty measuring cup, so I can measure what I am eating & will be skipping a big breakfast(just coffee and 5 sugars will be enough)..#IAMNEVASCURRED!

Congrats on your 40lbs drop...I did the same things a decade ago and lost the same amount in 5 weeks...and it stayed off for 10yrs.....so kudos for your ambition and don't listen to others about it coming off too fast so it will probably come on again but more, as long as you stay active it won't because mine didn't

starting weight is 208 , goal by xmas is 185(so 20 plus 3lbs)
