Advice from my doctor, don't carry loose change for vending machines and carry other treats with you like dry cranberries, raisins or grapes.

How about salads? Mcdonalds, Burger King and Jack in the Box offer some great salads with low calories and they are very fulfilling? That's what i go for when I'm in a hurry and I don't have time to pack lunch for work.

I'm in! I try to exercise 60 min 5 days out of the week. I do combos of kickboxing/tredmill, zumba/ tredmill, or billy blanks kickboxing for an hour. He's awesome!!!
