  • I'm in! I try to exercise 60 min 5 days out of the week. I do combos of kickboxing/tredmill, zumba/ tredmill, or billy blanks kickboxing for an hour. He's awesome!!!
  • Count me in! This may just be what I need to get motivated to get up & MOVE!

    Mon: 10 minutes (rode 1 very hilly mile & it kicked my butt & left me frustrated the rest of the day! I was hoping to do 3 miles. I guess even though you never forget how to ride a bike, it isn't always as easy as it was when you were younger! :(
    Tue: 30 Minutes--Just Dance 2! What a sweat I've worked up all while having fun with my girlies!

    I'd like in on this. I did count my unloading the truck at work yesterday as exercise. It is a weekly thing, but I do it all myself, so I can earn the exercise.

    I will be MIA Thursday thru Sunday so carry on with those faboulous workouts!! I will be attending a convention and next week will be a very busy week also. Things will lighten up for me some starting June 18th. :tongue: Until then I will be a busy beaver.

    I will log my exercise but that is about it and that will probably be from phone.

    So keep each other pumped and motivated to reach your goals! You can do it! :drinker:

    May was fun...I'm in for June! Husband's family reunion coming up July 13th--15th. Six weeks from now. I will be down at least 10 pounds by then. Must get into my skinny jeans!

    I average 360 minutes a week, so am setting my goal at 400.
