Mexican Water, the weight loss incomparable ;-) Vodka, soda water and lime juice is the best. I have a juicer at home and when I want to make cocktails I just a bunch of fruits and then throw vodka in there for the win!

The plantar facsciitis in me is screaming at you guys. There are lots of people at work that use them. They find them great for posture. I am sure there are some added benefits like losing a few more calories. Truly jealous, wish I could use one but that is off in the distance.

I have no problem jumping back to my normal routine. I am mostly 16:8. I change to 20:4 when I know that I may be going out with friends or on Christmas day as an example. There tends to be a lot of food around so I eat what I want in a shorter window and then just return to my regularly routine the next day. I find it…

I highly recommend using Pinterest. Create yourself a Paleo board, you will find so many different recipes. That's what I do. And who does not like pretty pictures.

Most likely because it's easiest to do a 16:8 fast over night, so you end up skipping breakfast time. Not breakfast itself. I have bacon and eggs and noon when I "break-my-fast" or breakfest ;-)

Buffalo Chicken 3/4 cup of Frank's Red Hot 1/4 cup of butter Combine both in pot and continually stir until butter is melted. Place chicken in casserole dish, pour sauce over the chick and then back until cooked. Very tasty

The Fitbit takes into account all activity, regardless of walking, running or sleeping. It starts counting at midnight, when I wake up in the morning I have already burned 500 - 700 calories. As the day goes on, whether sitting or active you will burn calorie, hence why people are seeing upwards of 2000. I trust my Fitbit…

Clearly you eat 4k calories every day of McDonalds, Waffles bathing in syrup, 6 pack of coke, Ding Dongs, Chips etc...

But that's my point, it is attainable when eating utter crap food. When trying to lose weight, in my opinion, there is no way you should be even coming close to that.

Mowing the lawn and trimming the hedge will help the "swing" be more prominent too

I would like to see a listing of the food you ate that tallied 4500 calories. I just cannot fathom that many calories in a day.

The only benefit I found with regards to the premium account was no more ads. Other than that, I see no benefit too it. The standard system pretty much takes care of everything you need. I do have the premium account.
