  • Just finished day 6- I had to unexpectedly miss working out yesterday since I'd pulled something in my tush the day before. I could barely walk! Today felt good though and I am really shocked how much better I am able to keep up with the dvd compared to day 1!!

  • I drink a bottle (16.9 oz, so 2 cups) with each meal, so that's 6 cups right there, then I have 1 during/after my workout if I work out, or in the evening after dinner. So that makes 8 cups. Even if I don't finish the entire bottle with my meal, I just keep it handy and finish it before the next meal.
  • I just finished day 2! It was rough, but I survived :)
  • Last night was day 3 for me, technically, and it was much easier- and I am barely sore now. My armpits (like right at the edge of my bra where people get the dreaded armpit pudge) are sore and also my inner thighs.
