I look like a drunk orangutan doing Zumba. I can take my glasses off, but I would probably wear the strap if I couldn't see LOL

I personally wouldn't last all day eating like that. I'd be starving before dinner. I've already eaten 5 times today, and I still have dinner coming.

You are likely eating fruit anyway. We like to classify "fruits" based upon the amount of sugars they have in them, but to a plant fruit is the stuff around the seeds. Which makes sweet bell peppers the fruit of the plant, whereas eating lettuce leaves is "vegetation". I wouldn't worry about it.

So this sounds weird to some people, but I love cold buttermilk pancakes with peanut butter smeared on them. My mom would have leftovers from making breakfast, and I would always eat the leftovers right out of the fridge. Sometimes just plain.

I plugged in my 5k and 10k times, and my 10k time is what I have actually run my half marathon's at. My 5k pace was way too fast.
-
What is your overall goal, completion or time? Have you ever run a half marathon before? Your pace over a long distance like that is likely going to be slower than your 5k pace. I have run three half marathons and never targeted a race pace during my training. I trained for distance, and ran by feel during my long runs vs.…

Prepackaged protein shakes. I keep these around for when I don't have time to make breakfast: http://www.costco.com/Premier-Protein%C2%AE-Chocolate-Shakes-18-11oz-Shakes.product.100101297.html

I have a bajillion race shirts, and wearing those motivates me. Especially the ones from the hard races. I remember what I was doing in those races, and it helps my mental focus. I like wearing gym clothes, because they are more comfortable.

Can you preemptively communicate with your family, and say "I'm going to start working out, and I would appreciate it if you didn't make any comments that were not constructive."
-
It sounds like something is wrong with your gait on the treadmill. I would suggest resting your knee/body a bit and then restarting with shorter distances while you get used to running on it.
-
Shakshuka? You make a tomato base, and add eggs to it. http://smittenkitchen.com/blog/2010/04/shakshuka/ I have my own recipe that doesn't use cheese, and I use fresh tomatoes.

A lot of places like Target will have individual cereal containers, vs. selling a pack of individual containers. Also check out Grocery Outlets.

The right side of my right foot falls asleep. That is because I have ankle atrophy, and it doesn't move like it's supposed to. That would lead me to think that you are not moving your feet properly, i.e. pronating or supinating.

^^this. As far as running in the snow, it's really not much different than regular running. I don't use spikes if there isn't ice. It feels kind of squishy under your feet, think sand, but your traction will be okay if you slow down when you feel slippery.

Why do you want to get your time down to an hour? Because you actually want to, or because it was suggested that you should? The previous poster that suggested things like tempo runs, intervals, and sprinting drills was on the right track. I personally would not try to introduce a speed goal on my first race at that…

During the week the kids eat breakfast on their own. I usually eat breakfast at work. They eat lunch at school, but we eat dinner together. On the weekend we eat every meal together.
-
I'm not by taste a fruit eater, unless you want to count tomatoes. I eat a ton of tomatoes.
-
Here's the thing you nailed, I just want to eat my lunch. Occasionally, yes it's great to get a "good job". The other day I was wearing a new sweater. Someone said the color looked wonderful on me, and they loved it. I don't mind those comments. Enough of my life is focused on what I'm putting in my body, I don't need the…

Except any time you are under your calorie goal it says that you ate below. I'm at 2,000 maintenance calories. You know how obsessive I would need to be to hit exactly 2,000 calories every single day? If I'm short 100 calories one day I'm not going to eat a bunch of carrots to make sure my MFP tracker logs me at the…

Perfectly. She stopped completely, and doesn't comment on anything I'm doing, like eating or training. When I first told her she was a little overwhelmed and surprised by it, but nodded a lot and said okay.

I get this a lot. It's irritating as hell. When I was 60lbs overweight, no one said a word. Drop some pounds, they come out of the woodwork commenting about what they think you should eat, when, why... "Is it okay for you to be eating that?" "You are getting too skinny." "You are wasting away." Mind you I'm 5'6" and 160…

This is how I eat it. If I eat oatmeal any other way it sits in my gut like a rock.

I stuck with the goal reduction, but I never lost at the steady rate they said I would. I would lose a little, lose a little, woosh lose all at once. So like .5lb, .5lb, 4lbs. Something like that. Not exact, but you get the idea.

Try mixing a little bit of it with cumin, add more garlic, or add fresh lemon juice.

http://www.theyummylife.com/recipes/224/Raspberry+Vanilla+Refrigerator+Oatmeal There's TONS of different recipes for it. This is the one I like the best. Personally I buy frozen fruit on sale. It thaws overnight and doesn't make a taste difference that I notice.

I'm not really a big fan of oatmeal, but refrigerator oatmeal you add yogurt, milk, and a fruit to, so it's more like a custard type food. One of my most favorite things in the world to eat for breakfast is cold Chinese or Japanese food leftovers.
-
Refrigerator oatmeal, or crustless quiche or fritatta. I can bake a quiche and eat it all week.
-
YES! I repeated every week at least once.
-
Yes I am in the US. I like the So Delicious brand. I will have to check it out. I love anything salted caramel.

OMG NO! What is this magic you speak of? I have had cashew crema, which is basically sour cream. I wanted to lick the bowl it was so good. Do share!
