  • As for the Balance kit with only 1 shake a day you are not going to see much of a difference weight wise. I went with the shape kit. In the long run it actually is cheaper being only a little over 1.00 a shake and you get all the nutrition that you need. Have you watched the video?

  • I don't view having a treat as a cheat. Calling it cheating to me would be saying that I was on a diet and automatically I think oh diet I can't have..... so if I really want something than I will have it in moderation and it has been working I have 27.8 pounds gone.
  • I use visalus it's like having cake I can't have whey protein because I am lactose intolerant and this is gluten free and lactose free. Great for diabetics as well and it gives you all the nutrition you need.

  • Hi everyone, I am super excited about this. Even though I have lost 29 pounds since january I wanted to try this new tool along with my healthy eating. I am having a problem though with trying to track my fat, carbs and protein. Not sure if I can manually put in my foods that I eat. Can someone give me a hand please?
