If you are not normally active, those other activities can certainly help burn calories. In fact, logging it will help motivate to do more of it. I always log "other" activities in addition to regular workouts.

I drink mostly water now. I also drink my coffee black and tea unsweetened. I try to add fruits for breakfast.

I see nothing wrong with this. If someone uses credit scores as part of their checklist, so be it. Better to know early than later that someone is not good with money.

I used to go nuts with beer. Then I went nuts with scotch. Now it's pretty much under control except for when I go out.
