I like to saute kale with some olive oil, a teaspoon of honey, red pepper flakes, and salt . It's sweet and spicy and yummy:)

Thanks for sharing! I can think of so may times when I'm less than half way through a meal and I'm just not in to it anymore... but I keep eating... just because I feel the need to finish my plate or everyone else is still enjoying their meals. I need to me more mindful when I eat. That books sounds super helpful!

Hahaha this is an interesting thread :) But honestly I really love greens... even this one. It's called frisee or curly endive. It has a slightly bitter taste so I do understand why others don't like it.

Yep Yep. I can relate to that. MFP is the perfect place to get support. I feel that my relationship with my bf has gotten so much better now that I'm not constantly laying it all on him.
