@tomg33- Honestly as far as my calorie intake, I've been eating about the same as when I was working out, but less clean. Busy=Junk food. Thanks everyone for the wonderful advice. Keep it coming!

I just got the Polar ft60, and I absolutely love it! It seems to be really accurate, and it does come with the chest strap (I think the ones with chest straps are more accurate in your heart rate reading). The FT60 retails for around $135, but the y have other models that are lower in price (Polar FT4 and FT7).

Okay, I think I get it. On MFP in my "Diet Profile" under the Goals tab, it says Calories Burned From Normal Daily Activity are 2,110. This is my TDEE, right? As far as my Net Calories, I should try to get that number as close to zero as possible, correct?
