That chili sounds yummy. What is the calories in the 1 c. serving?

I take a damascus roll up (flat bread 110 calories) and spread about 1/2T lite mayo, about 2T of french's mustard, then top it with 4 slices of Kirkland honey ham (70 calories), one slice velveeta cheese (35 calories), three slices of tomato, and a huge handful of bayb spinach. Then I roll it up. It is delicious.

Low fat Helmans is really good (I have found). Try that. I too do not like Miracle whip.
