I would also like to join this thread/group. HW:285 (2017 Jan) CW:265 GW:160ish I joined a group called T.O.P.S. (taking off pounds sensibly). I have also been logging my food on here. And lastly I bought a fitbit to track my steps, exercise, etc. Wishing everyone the best of luck on this journey.
