I Need a support system
I have done this many times and I am right back at the beginning again. I am at my highest weight ever of 285 pounds. At 5'7 I am looking to lose 125-135 pounds. I don't normally request a support system. And in the past my support system is only my sister and my best friend. I wish you all the very best on your journeys.
Looking for friends with lots of weight to lose
Truly I don't mind how much you have to lose. I am..... 5'7 268lbs with a goal of 160lbs or so eat lots of junk food don't exercise very often' go to school full time and I'm looking for people to help me stay on track. I am a great motivator and cheer leader for others but talk very negative to myself. Tracy :)
