  • I have read the book and am interested in starting just want to know your feelings; was is difficult? Did u have energy?
  • Does anyone out there have the workout schedule? I borrowed the DVD's from a friend's friend so I do not have the layout of the day to day, meaning...Day 1 do this, Day 2 do this etc...I have looked online, but I cannot find it.
  • I am bummed and frustrated. I started week 9 and a lot of it is done in the plank position, which hurts my wrists. I feel completely uncoordinated. I can do the week 10, but for some reason week 9 is crazy hard for me. Anyone else having trouble? HELP!
  • I did not see much of a change on the scale but if I can offer any advise it would be to take pictures weekly. If it were not for my weekly pictures I probably would have become discouraged. It is amazing to see the changes in your body juct in a few days!
  • I am starting week 9 tomorrow. How is it? How is the cardio 3? Honestly, I did not think I would make it this far. So happy!
