I have a Vitamix blender which is a top of the line blender. I put milk in first, then the cup of oats, then fruit, then yogurt, and ice on top. The Vitamix blender does a fantastic job in creating a nice smooth drink. I don't even need to use the tamper.

Burn those calories whenever you can through exercise. Have a pool? Swim several laps and do other various exercises there. Are you able to drive? Head to the gym. Or join a sports team at your school or college so you can stay active and have access to a gym for free.

You just have to shrug off those jerks. I get called out on my skinny frame (I'm a 30 year old guy) pretty much every other day. Sometimes by coworkers, sometimes by customers. It is very frustrating to be reminded of my issues, but I do my best not to let people get me down.

I'd eat it. Can never have enough calories. Although that is quite a bit of grease you're eating. Just don't make it a habit.

At least 3 fried eggs, 2 cups of milk, 1 bowl of high fiber cereal and maybe 2 or 3 oatmeal cookies. So I usually run about 700-1000 calories every breakfast.

I drink lots of milk. Milk is made up of mostly water so I get about 6 cups from that a day. Plus 2 cups of water while at work.

Hi, I am ijiiii. I am 5'8" and 116 lbs according to the doc yesterday. At 29 years old, I've been a twig my whole life due to a cursed metabolism (maybe a crappy thyroid?). I can eat for 2 normal people and still not gain weight. I'll probably go to a gym and try some strength workouts soon.

Smoothies are the way to go. I use 1 1/4 cup of milk, 1 cup oats, 3 oranges, 2 yogurts (black cherry blended for me), and about half a tray of ice cubes blended in the vitamix blender I have.
