Yes I have IBS. I was diagnosed quite a number if years ago. When it flairs up I can be in quite the agony. I just try to deal with it.

Right now I am doing 1400 calories a day and I have only been using MFP for 50 days today and some people are saying I am not eating enough, the calories are too low. My usual breakfast here lately is a 1/4 cup quaker oats with 3/4 cup boiling water. It is very filling, I am alot less hungry and it is only 90 calories.
