Day 1 of week 4 today. In a similar boat, I guess. I did lose about 4 lbs the first two weeks, nothing week 3. No measument changes either. I'm 5'3''. My goal weight is between 115 and 120. I think 110 is a fine goal for your height. Just try not to stick STRICTLY to the number when you're nearing the target because maybe it to happens that you will be happier with your figure at a few lbs over. :) Good luck!

No BMR or TDEE. I'll google cause I don't even know what they are. =X I am not tracking exercise either. I want to use this strictly as a food diary... it's just too time consuming/arbitrary to start estimating cals burned.
