I didn't take my stats after level 1, just at the halfway mark on day 15. I lost 3 1/2 inches all over and about 3lbs.

I would also move on. Push ups it pretty much the only thing I am still doing at a "beginner" level, and I'll still move on. (I'm on day 7). Honestly, I think if I did regular push ups, I might be able to do 2 or 3... but if I do "girl" push ups, I can do 10 or 15 so I'd rather do more, even if their are easier.

I didn't find out about this group until today, hope you all don't mind if I join in! I finished day 7 today. I'm using 5lb weights. Honestly, if I would have known about those dang side lunges with anterior raises, I would have bought 3! lol But I'm glad I've stuck with the 5!

I also use paint. I can't for the life of my figure out the new "improved" photobucket. I used to use it all the time. I use paint now... you can crop and resize all you want.

If tomorrow is your official weigh in day, I'd still weigh in but give yourself some slack if it's not quite what you expect. If it's not your weigh in day tomorrow, might as well skip it if you think it will bum you out :) I always avoid big meals the day before weigh in lol
