Exactly the same for me. My goal was 130, but thinking if I put on the kind of muscle I want, then maybe 135. 137 is the lowest I've hit, and it was only for a couple days. I usually range between 139-143.

I was just going to make this a couple of nights ago, but I decided the buffalo wouldn't go with the rest of the meal. Also, I didn't have a recipe so I was going to ::ahem:: WING it. ::crickets:: So anyway....Frank's also has a thicker version, kind of the consistancy of ketchup. Perfect for dipping and stuff! Well, the good thing is, you don't have to do 60 days in a row. You NEED rest days, so don't overwhelm yourself thinking that you have to do this every.singel.day for 2 months. I did it for about 8 weeks before we went on vacation last year. It was great as far as keeping me on a schedule, and I did see improvements. But I didn't follow the diet plan very well. It was hard to be that strict and cook for a family too. And at first I had a hard time eating all the food, I was so full for days! lol…

No its fine. That is where I started out, and was for about the first year, until I started working out harder. And had lost about 45 lbs. Then I upped my cals because I was burning more and needed more fuel. But 1200 should be fine for you.
