I'm trying very hard to eat my 1200 currently, I'm toppings my intake gradually as I know that food is.fuel and I'm running on empty. This is my biggest challenge, to eat and know it's ok.

I'm going through the same. I added a protein shake and granola bar and usually some yogurt. At least then you aren't eating crap. I was honestly AFRAID to eat my calories and I never felt hungry...so why eat? Because your body NEEDS you to! I was feeling tired and weak and still going to the gym. I was afraid eating more…

This is exactly what I was going suggest. Interval training. 5 min high intensity, 5 mild. I do mine on an elliptical that has a weight loss program. The incline and resistance goes up, you work your butt off, then it goes down and you go at a moderate pace, it does this maybe 5 times.

I weigh everyday (bad, I know) but only count my friday. I let myself have 1 stress free, non calorie counting day. I usually still lose through the week. I'm 5'3 117lbs and I workout 5-6 days a week, extra hard on saturdays to control what I do to myself on friday lol!

Lol I only have 2 lbs to go to be at 115, probably want to only get down to 108 for an absolute low, but before setting that.as my goal, i need to see what my body looks like week to week. 108 is still healthy for my height, but not sure if it will be right for me, yet.

I know that's a term most people understand, but I don't. I'll have to google it. Lol. I've been going to the gym for four months and haven't learned everything. They don't really have people there to instruct your workouts and I can't afford someone who does. LOL

Chicken, eggs, and fish. I'm a fan of the shakes, but I guess they're not right for.everyone. I'd google high protein foods, I'm sure there are a ton. I think nuts are.a good source too.

This is how I feel too, but I get alot of eye rolls when I say it. I don't know what happened to my friends who used to be supportive, now they think I'm stupid for making it a point to go to the gym or be concerned with what I'm putting into my body.

I do zumba 3-4xs a week and the.elliptical 2-3xs a week. It might be time to visit the weight machines more...the white sports bra is me now. I feel like I still have that lower belly pooch to say goodbye to! That's why I keep up with cardio (since I hear you can't target train)

Ahhh, I eat alot of fiber, I guess I've never noticed that effect. I wouldn't really say that those things are ACTUAL weight gain, but no fun nonetheless

I take a sunmark complete multivitamin it has 100% of your daily iron in it and I split it in half . I'm also anemic, 5'3 and 117 lbs. I go to the gym 5-6xs a week, and I feel fine. I'm not sure where someone got the "iron makes you fat" thing, but I think I'm doing just fine. Lol!
