I am in my 3rd cycle of Strong Curves and I am incredibly happy with the programming. I truthfully can't see a reason why I would stop using his programming/templates. I have seen unreal changes in my body since I started that program (September 2013) plus running. I started out doing Stronglifts and it is a great program…

I'm glad to hear that you have slowed things down :smile: It truly is better to take a step back then risk an unnecessary injury. As for recovery, you can try foam rolling and making sure you are getting adequate protein....at least that always helps me. I find that a protein shake made with milk is a great recovery drink…

The amount you sweat has nothing to do with how many calories you're burning. There are lots of factors that can contribute to how much you sweat.

It depends what I'm training. If lifting is primary, then I lift 4x/week for about 45-60 minutes per session and then I run usually 2x/week. If running is primary, then I run 3-4x/week and lift 2x/week.

I eat right up until I go to bed, calorie permitting....but they do because I keep some for it.....because I like to eat all the time :smile:

Staying in bed for as long as I want (preferabbly with a sexy man), a great workout that takes as long as I want it to, some great meals, maybe a drink on a patio somewhere (with that sexy man), maybe some shopping. Or The first 2 above and all day at a beautiful outdoor pool (with a sexy man) lol

What wolfman, elliott, and jstout have said. The only thing that I disagree with is the meal timing that elliott talked about. In my experiece, macros do matter however meal timing does not. OP you are in a great position to start this process. It sounds like you have a great idea of what your maintenance calories will be…
