This sums it up quite nicely. I lift consistently and I run consistently. I am a lifter and a runner. In the winter I train on the treadmill in the spring/summer/fall I train outside. I am doing half marathon training but not signed up for a half. I feel like consistency is perhaps a differentiator. Not sure…
