I know nothing really about running so I could be wrong, but I would…

I just started this yesterday, did day 1 level 1 yesterday and am SO sore today, but about to go try to power through day 2! I was thinking about doing 2 days of shred, 1 day of cardio, 2 days of shred, 1 day of cardio and so on. Has anyone else done it this way or have any suggestions on how often to do it? I just read an…
