  • For me out of sight out of mind. If I bring it to work I will eat it. And keep your food in a drawer or area you don't go to often.
  • I buy Chobani Vanilla. Greek yogurt good but filled with sugar, many of them have 17g+ but the vanilla is the lowest at 12 or 13. I also like the peach and honey flavors. If they have fruit on the bottom be sure to stir it up.
  • I have been a huge fan of the eat this not that series. High BP runs in my family so I watch my sodium intake very closely. I am the queen of checking out the per serving sodium labels. They hide salt in everything but once you learn about sauces, frozen meals, etc you learn what to avoid when eating out.
