Awesome results! Thank you so much for sharing! Just started today. I turn 45 in 30 days and have challenged myself to do this to see how many inches I lose. I'm not going to weigh myself after today; however, I am going to measure every 10 days to track. Perhaps I will be able to post pics on my b-day!

I just joined this website today. It's awesome. It really clarifies all the questions I've had....how many calories to eat WITH exercise to lose weight. I've been so confused! I'm so glad the protein question was asked because I had 500+ calories left to eat, and no protein left. Guess I will have to ration better in days…
