You do what helps YOU to move along in YOUR journey. Everyone's is different and if that means keeping it to yourself, so be it. You will attain your goal at your own pace. I know you will

Good for you. I too used to drink a lot of soda (I was a cherry pepsi guy). 4 six packs of 20 oz bottles a week. Just decided one day that I was done and havn't had one in 2 yrs. Only after effects is a loss in weight. Just keep it up, it gets so much easier every single day. Congrats again-proud of you.

I've recently tried and fit into a size large shirt. I can' t remember when I wasn't in an xl/xxl. I thought that was the coolest thing in the world.

I log as I go. This way if I am over at all(which does happen from time to time) I know I need to just add a little or a lot more exercise time in for the day. It's been working for me so far.

When I hit my half way mark I treated myself with new good workout shoes. I am kind of a miser and only buy the inexpensive tennis shoes, but for hitting my mini goal I went all out and spent more than double what I usually pay. It was well earned and I deserved it. Next for the final goal is a whole new wardrobe because…

Made the 2550 goal with 2845, but came up a little short of MY 3000 goal. Oh well. There is always this week.

Started this group late but in need of breaking my plateau. I started my journey at 250 and have been able to get to 226. Since I have went up to just 227 but have been there for a few weeks now and it's getting on my nerves. So I am startint today at 227 and will update next Wednesday. Great job to everyone with their…

It's a little late but why don't we do the 2250 calories for this week. Ending on next Wednesday. However you can get them. From previous posts this seems like a fair number for everyone. Go higher if you can. I know we all can do it!

I had the same thing for a long time. Whenever I went out, shopping or anywhere that walking was involved. I knew where every restroom was in southern Wisconsin just in case. I started taking immodium before going out and it did work but did make my stomach feel not quite right for a few days. And I started to change my…

Had a good week. Burned over 2900 calories this week.

I usually have to wait til 11-12:00 at night to get to the gym. Fat doesn't know what time it is. If you feel the need to exercise, by all means do it. Remember to get enough sleep though, because not enough will effect your weght loss. Good luck.

You should pat yourself on the back for that. It is a lifestyle change accomplishment. Congratulations and great job. Good for you. Those are some of the hardest decisions we all have to make on our journeys.

I like the reward thing. I just reached my mini-goal of the halfway mark and am going to reward myself with a new pair of workout shoes. I never had a pair just for this. Done the whole first half with my every day shoes. So ready to kick the next half's butt a lot more comfortably. About the tattoo. It may be the…
