I "forget" to log my calories, then "forget" just what I ate and how much. I also keep my food diary private so when I feel honest and log things, no one else can see just how bad I blew it that day.

Hi everyone! I am a returning MFP member!. I have four kids and have some serious baby weight to lose. 80+ lbs of it. I could use some help and support from good friends.

I was just about to post the same question as TheTaz. :ohwell: Reading through everyone's responses has been helpful. I have four small kids, so curling up in bed, or yoga, isn't always practical, but maybe heading out the door for a walk with the herd in tow would work. That would get my exercise in, let them burn off…
