  • It seems like this thread is mostly about looking for a source of protein and not eating meat. Why not just eat legumes? Great source of protein and fiber.

  • Here's mine. 1 cup milk, 2%, skim, Almond, whatever. 1 cup frozen mixed berries. 1/2 frozen banana, sliced. Put blender on crushed ice mode to break up. Gradually increase speed to high for about 30 sec. Enjoy.

  • If it's a walk, and not a run, I'd do dinner and the walk. That way you can burn off any sugar spikes you may have picked up from dinner.
