I am 5' 8" (but i like to think of myself as 5' 9" for some reason. LOL). i weigh 230, my doctor says i should get down to at least 200, but i would like to be somewhere around 175

I was watching "Too Fat For 15" and they made healthy pizza, so it's definitely possible. I think if you use wheat crust and watch the toppings you could make a healthy pizza. FoodNetwork.com has some recipes that pop up if you type in low cal pizzas but it doesn't give the nutrition information.
